We recommend adult supervision at all times and advise that only one age group use the castle at a time to prevent injury. Additionally, we have some equipment that adults can use, such as adult bouncy castles, a rodeo bull, and a gladiator duel.

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and flexible: if you cancel more than 14 days before the scheduled hire, your deposit will be fully refunded. For cancellations made within 14 days of the event, the deposit is non-refundable, as preparations and scheduling commitments have already been made impacting our ability to hire your arranged equipment out again, however, because we understand unforeseen circumstances can arise, you can use this deposit towards booking any of our hire equipment within 1 year of your original scheduled date. In the unlikely event that Funtime Leisure must cancel your booking, you will be notified as soon as possible, and your deposit will be fully refunded. This policy ensures that your payment is protected and that you are not financially disadvantaged by cancellations beyond your control. We prioritise clear communication and customer satisfaction to make your event planning as smooth as possible.

Our inflatable equipment is checked yearly and certified through PIPA, electrical equipment is PAT tested, our rodeo bull equipment is serviced and checked yearly and our comprehensive public liability insurance covers all equipment, giving you peace of mind that both you and your guests are protected throughout the rental period. Safety and reliability are our top priorities,  all of our staff are fully trained ensuring all equipment is set up safely allowing you to enjoy your event worry-free.

To ensure smooth delivery and setup, the hire equipment requires clear, unobstructed access to your chosen location. Our team needs a minimum width of 1 meter for most equipment and a height clearance of at least 2 meters to safely transport and set up the bouncy castles. Ideally, the access path should be flat and firm—gravel or paved surfaces work best—to allow our equipment trolleys and vehicles easy passage. If your event is indoors or in a garden, please ensure gates, doorways, or pathways meet these measurements and are free from clutter or parked cars. Providing this access helps us deliver a safe and exciting experience on time, so your party can bounce into the fun without a hitch! If required, we can move equipment through houses to gardens, however we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused as a result.
